FAQ

Q: Two-hours of Animal Radio® is available every week. But I only have room for one-hour.

A: That's okay. We've designed Animal Radio® to stand-alone with just one-hour. There are no references in the first hour about the second hour. So the show sounds great if you take one or two-hours. Remember, the ABC/NY satellite feed is only one-hour. The Jones Network feed is two...and LIVE.

Q: I want my listeners to be able to call in LIVE and participate. What's the best delivery method?

A: Jones Satellite downlinks a LIVE feed every Saturday at 1-3 pm EST. Learn more

Q: I want my listeners to participate in the program, but I can't take a LIVE feed. How do we do that?

A: That's cool. We'll answer our toll-free lines 24/7 and record calls for playback later. Every market is involved in listener interaction.

Q: How do we use your Alpha-Dog broadcast vehicle to sell Animal Radio® in my market?

A: Depending on the vehicle schedule, we'll take it to your clients and sponsors for a live remote broadcast. This is just one of the ways we help you make sure that Animal Radio® is always sold out in your market.

Q: We don't have a satellite receiver. What are the other delivery options?

A: We can send you a CD of each show, or you can access an MP3 for a more timely airing of the program. See more.

Q: I heard we can sample the satellite feed of Animal Radio® - test it on our listeners. Is this true?

A: You bet! Go here

Q: Our station is a music station. Isn't Animal Radio® for Talk Radio.

A: While we are on some of the top talk outlets around, our biggest performing stations are Hot AC KOST 103.5 Los Angeles, AC KBIG 104.3 Los Angeles, and several dozen other music oriented stations that appeal to the masses of animal loving listeners.

Q: How much does Animal Radio® cost?

A: It's Free on a barter basis. We include 9 minutes an hour. You must play the show in it's entirety.

Q: How many avails are in Animal Radio®

A: You have 9 minute an hour to sell. Everything from National PETCO, PetSmart, your local stores, vets, groomers, and any business that appeals to the animal loving upper demo. We'll help you!

Q: There is a station in my market that is already airing Animal Radio®. Can we too?

A: Unfortunately, Animal Radio® is exclusive to the market. In some rare situations, we serve a market with on several stations in one group...for example, KOST and KBIG is Clear Channel LA, KREC-KSUN-KUNF St. George is all Cherry Creek Media, KTMS-KSMA-KVEC is all Clear Channel Gold Coast. You may air us on other stations within your group and within the same market....otherwise, the show is Market Exclusive. Call us and we can offer you other great programming, or see when the show might be available in your market.
